Is Nuvaring Effective In Preventing Unwanted Pregnancy?
I had unprotected sex early this morning and I am on the NuvaRing. Well he did cum inside of me and come to find out around noon my birth control was found in his bed so it had fallen out. The ring was in for 7 days but fell out for 4-5 hours max. I rinsed it in coldish water and inserted it back in. Am I going to be okay?

NuvaRing continuously releases two hormones - an oestrogen and a progestogen - that are absorbed into your bloodstream and work like the pill. So it is unlikely that you will be pregnant and the ring will work as usual.
