Is Omeprazole 25 Mg Advisable For H Pylori?

Hi I have h pylori and im on medication to treat it but the medication is making my stomach hurt and giving me headaches. I m taking an antibotic twice day 500 mg ,clarythim 500 mg and then omperzable 25 mg . I do not know what to do to make me feel better
