Dear sir

Omlizest belong to group of ARB, angiotensin receptor blocking agents, which contains olmesartan, it is longer acting drug which has property of blocking angiotensin.

Secondly when ever we combine a ARB with an Calcium channel blocking agents such as amlodepine, blood pressure will reduce drastically. Calcium channel blocking agents are potent antihypertensive drugs.

Your earlier medicines that is Tabomlizest am contains amlodepine which reduces blood pressure much lower than olmesartan alone. so taking olmesartan along might not cause low blood pressure.

Dont worry

Thanks
