The OPV is safe for children, and multiple doses can be administered safely, especially in areas where there is a risk of polio transmission. The frequency of administration can vary based on local public health needs and strategies to ensure comprehensive immunity in the community. If you have specific concerns, discussing them with your local health authorities can provide clarity and reassurance.'
