Is Orgatril Effective In The Treatment Of Irregular Periods Due To PCOS?
My periods are missing for almost 3 months. O went to a gyno and did some tests the tests results showed my ovaries are eblarged with lot of stromas. The doc said i have pcos mild form She put me on orgatril dor 10 days and Nebosit for 3 months My question is that i already finished doing orgatrill course and as my doc said i will b getting my period. But my body doesnt give any indication that am gonna have a period in coming days. I dont get any cramps in my belly or aches Is ir normal orgatril reduces the effects of pms

1. Lower Abdomen USG
2. Thyroid Function Tests
3. Complete Blood Count
4. Lipid Profile
5. Fasting Blood sugar
Meanwhile, as you missed periods, I would suggest this:
1. Progesterone 400 mg orally once a day (at bedtime) for 10 days. If there is a period, on the 2nd day of bleeding, please do the following tests:
1. Serum FSH, LH
2. Estrogen and Progesterone
3. Lower abdomen USG measuring the endometrial thickness
Accordingly, we will start our next course of treatment. You have to hold a little patience and we both can control this problem in the long term.
Please post the test result then I or any doctor can give you more effective and ultimate treatment from which you will benefit a huge.
