I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options. Please do not worry . I will suggest to get laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. In case of early pregnancy losses, there can be a septum in the uterus, that can be tackled during hysteroscopy. Tablets to induce ovulation are fine, but remember your problem is not of getting pregnancy but is about its continuation.
