Is Paracetamol Advisable To Cure Pneumonia?

Hi Dr I think I got a pneumonia or bronchitis.I am 68 years old and I have been suffering from abdomen pain for a long time.i am taking tramadol and paracetamol.For almost I have been suffering from pneumonia.Taking paracetamol doesn t help.Can you help please.

hi, paracetamol is prescribed only for fever and body pains, not for the infection, pneumonia is an infectious condition, hence antibiotic treatment might be required by you, kindly consult your local physician and get investigated about your infectious status. take care.
