Is Penicillin Injection Is Advisable To Balance The ASOT Level?
Dear DR. greeting ,,after blood test today , i found that the ( asot ) is 337 , i use to got a penicillin injection once each two weeks since about 18 month , the asot was 353 and my Q. shall i conteniu get the injection ? is there any other medicine ??

I really appreciate your concern, even after the eradication of infection ASO titer remains elevated for some time and at that time clinical conditions matters the great, if you have completed the course of Penicillin then it is nothing to worry, ESR can be done for assessment hope this information helps.
