Hi.. Thanks for the query.. If you have tooth infection with swollen cheek then it is most.probably due to tooth abscess formation.. Many a times sever infection can also cause cellulitis and also infection can become generalised in blood causing fever.. Yes, you can take more of Tylenol and also continue taking Penicillin 4 times a day.. It will help in reducing tooth infection as well as bring the fever down.. Once the symptoms gets better you r dentist can do an x Ray of tooth and if possible to save the tooth he can do a Root canal treatment and advise stronger antibiotics like Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid combination like Amoxiclav, augmentin etc.. If tooth has no chance of improvement with treatment then extraction of tooth will be the last option.. Hope this information helps you.. Regards
