Is Plan B Advisable After An Unprotected Sex?

Hello I am on a z pack for a sinus infection. I am on a birth control called Aviane. Last night my boyfriend and I had a lasp of judgment and he tried to have unprotected sex. After a little we made it sure it stopped and he did not ejaculate inside of me at any time. However, I am concerned because of possible pre cum. Should I take plan b?
