General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Usually Polygynax is not preferably used in pregnancy unless absolutely needed and recommended by by your doctor. Since doctor prescribed it for you, you have to take it. It is used topically and only an insignificant amount is absorbed in blood. You can use it.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
