Hello Doctor. My name is Ruksana khanam Happy, Age 29 I m form Bangladesh. I ve been married 5 years ago, I m pregnant now about 29th weeks. It s my second pregnancy, my first pregnancy was miscarriage about tow and half years ago. I have diabetes and high blood pressure. At present pregnancy, there was a light bleeding or spotting at the beginning of my pregnancy it was still about two weeks, that time I went my local doctor for consult & my doctor were prescribe me some medicine like... ( Inj: Levemir flexPen 100 U/ml ) for one times. ( Inj: NovoRapid Penfill, 100 U/ ml ) for two times. ( Cap: Microjest 100, Generic name is: Natural Micronised Progesterone ) for two times. ( Tab: Progynova 2 mg, Generic name is: Estradiol Valerate) for one times. ( Tab: Ecosprin 75, Generic name is : Enteric Coated Aspirin BP 75 mg ) for one times. ( ForMum, Generic name is: Combination of Iron with vitamins & minerals ) for 2 two times. ( Calorate 740, Generic name is: Calcium Orotate 740 mg ) for two times. ( Sardopa 250, Generic name is Methyldopa 250 mg ) for two times. After the treatment it became good and all of the medicine still continue. And some of my problems are still happening like leg cramps, fatigue, skin rash and itching, depression, and sleep less at night. I have some question to you that I was taken so many medicine from my early pregnancy and continue till now. Are there any risk of me & my unborn baby for taken by those medicine? I especially want to know from you about Progynova 2 mg tablets, because I found it through the internet it is not safe in pregnancy. How many weeks should take progynova 2 mg tablets in pregnancy? Is it safe or not during 29th weeks of pregnancy? Can I continue this tablets? My doctor said it will continue till end of the eight months of my pregnancy in my condition. So doctor what should I do in this situations? Please describe me your opinion, Can I stop or not progynova & others medicine in this situations of my pregnancy. I m very worried about the matter. Please inform me as early as possible.
