Is Propanolol Effective For Essential Tremor?
I have had essential tremor for perhaps 8 years. Propanolol does help but since the dosage was increased last year I have struggled a lot to keep down my weight. Does the propanolol only alleviate my symptoms so that I could not take it at night or is it keeping my symptoms from worsening, something I fear.

I have gone through your query. Propranolol will be helpful to clear the essential tremors. But better not to take it for long term basis. Breathing exercises for stress relaxation and behavioral therapy with psychologist will be helpful.
