Is Prozac Safe To Be Taken While Suffering From Diabetes And Pneumonia?
Hi Doctor; My name is Cindy. My sister was just prescribed Prozac yesterday. She has several health issues:diabetes, had a quadruple bipass heart surgery in 2013 while suffering from pneumonia. She has kidney disease at level 3. I am going to telephone her and see how she is feeling tonight. I may have questions later tonight. Thank you.

Taking Prozac while suffering from pneumonia and diabetes may have several adverse effects such as thirst and xerostomia in diabetes and difficulty in breathing in pneumonia. They are rare side effects but you should take them in consideration.
