Is Qutan Safe In Treatment Of Anxiety?

Hello am Srinivas. I ve been on antidepressants tablets like sertaline 25 mg, zipam 0.25 and baclof 20 mg. all of this is due to my alcohol addiction, I ve been sober for 5 months now and on medication for 2 months. I ve had severe anxiety issues ever since I quit alcohol. My doc has recently given me Qutan 25 mg before sleep. Am sacred to take this tablet as I ve read a lot about it. What do I do please suggest

This medication is an atypical antipsychotic drug, prescribed for treating schizophrenia. It is also used to control the excited moods and depressed moods of bipolar disorder. It works by changing the activity of certain natural substances in the brain.
Your doctor must have assessed you and then prescribed it to be taken during bedtime. Hence, you can take it as prescribed and you can clarify your doubts if any by consulting your doctor.
