Is Redicalm Advisable For Blood Pressure And Anxiety?
hello i am on blood pressure meds losartan potassium 100mg and spironolactone 50mg i was on effexor 37.5 but i stopped taking for about amonth.i want to stop my blood pressure meds and go herbal can i just stop and start redi-calm ,which is good for blood pressure and anxiety
I will not advise you to stop anti hypertensive medication. If medicine taken regularly, then it can able to control blood pressure. Once the blood pressure is within limit dose of medicine can be reduced.
Moreover, low salt diet, exercise and healthy life style able to maintain blood pressure within the range. But anti hypertensive medication in low dose needs to be continued.
