Is Regestrone Advisable While Having A Fibroid On The Uterus Wall?

I am 40 years old & diagnosed with 19mm sub serous fibroid in posterior wall of uterus. Is it big size of fibroid. Doctors have given me regestron tablet till next mensural period. Is it ok . What r side effects n precautions to be taken while taking medicine. Is dis fibroid size is on risky side. I had a problem of high bleeding and continuous spotting after LMP.

I have gone through the details given and appreciate your concern. the fibroid in question is fairly big. Hence, the pill is given to help reduction in size. Once that is achieved the doctor will decide on further course of treatment. Surgery appears to be one of the options. Thanks.
