Hi, Is rivitrol safe to use on a Parkinson patient. 76 year old woman with parkinsons for the last 10 years. I am her daughter and am noticing more confusion, hallucinations more frequent, and generally difficult behaviour. She is in a nursing home and is becoming difficult around dinner time each day. She has issues with being there but has to be as she has a broken leg from a fall and cant toilet herself etc. Dementia seems more frequent...
