General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like age, purpose of doing LFT, report of other tests such as SGOT, Alkaline phosphatase, GGT, bilirubin, coagulation profile, albumin, etc??

Based on the result of the LFT, your SGPT level is increased although less as compared to last week which was quite high.

Increased level of SGPT is usually due to liver problems such as hepatitis, fatty liver, alcohol intake, certain medications by medications such as statins and antibiotics.

In view of the above you are advised to consult a physician for further evaluation to find out the exact cause of raised SGPT. You may need to undergo an abdominal ultrasound scan (if not done earlier), urine analysis, CBC, etc.

Hope this will help.
