Is STD Transmission Possible Through Anal Fissure?

At a massage parlor, they also give handjobs. If I have an anal fissure what are my std risks if she rubs her fingers over my anus but no penetration? Std risks from a handjob if she has previously given someone else a handjob and did not wash her hands?

The risk of any STD transmission would be very low--essentially 0 for hepatitis and HIV, and very low for chlamydia, HPV, herpes, gonorrhea or trichomonas
