Is STD Transmission Possible Through Non Penetrative Sex?

I was fingered by a guy in an adult video store viewing room. He had semen on his fingers that he rubbed on my anus and then fingered me for just a little. Does this pose a serious risk of an std? He just used one finger and inserted it maybe up to second knuckle.
