Hi & Welcome.
Siphene can be taken safely while having traces of gallstones.
Siphene (
Clomiphene citrate) is often used to attempt to induce ovulation in women that do not develop and release an egg (ovulate) on their own.
Its most common side effects include breast discomfort,
flushing, visual disturbances, and multiple
pregnancy.
It can be started on cycle day 3, 4, or 5. It is taken for 5 days which ever day of menses you start (cycle days are counted from the day when menses start which is day 1). On the average ovulation occurs about 7-10 days after completing a course of Siphene.
It is best to have intercourse on the day of ovulation possible.
Ovulation is usually about 14 days prior to the start of the next menstrual period. Therefore, if your menstrual cycle length is regular then sex can be timed to fall about 12 to 16 days prior to the expected date for the next period.
Hope these answer your query.
