Understanding your concern. As per your query you want to improve facial complexion. The skin dark complexion occur due excessive production of melanin by melanocytes . These cells are triggered by certain factors like sun exposure (common) , stress and hormonal changes. The skin lite cream you mention in query contain hydroquinone , tretinoin and steroid . All the three ingredients have side effects in long term use . This cream should only be used under the expert advice for a limited time period. I would suggest you to :
- Wash your face with johnson & johnson soap , which is a soft soap twice a day .
- Scrub your skin once a week.
- Apply azelaic acid cream twice a day (safe for use)
