Is Taxotere Damage Possible Upon Exposure To Elevated Temperature?
Hi I carry Taxotere of Sanofi company by bag in airoplane . I had a termometer . The temperature condition is written on the box not store more than 25 C During the travel for 2 hours the temperature in plastic bag goes to 26.5 C . After that it reduce again to 24 C . I would like to know if Taxotere is damaged or harmed or there isn t any risk to use it . Thanks in advance for your kind reply.

* As per my clinical experience, a minor variation of 2-3 degree of temperature for a short period of time will not affect the drug efficacy for a molecule like Taxotere.
* If there is any precipitate or color change in the molecule, one must stop using the same for further dosage.
