Hello,
Telekast LC is a combinational medicine contains monteleukast and levocetrizine. It is used for the treatment of allergy and can be taken long term and has a good safety record. Both these medications can be given to your son of 2.5 years.
Though not much information is not available from the description, I assume your son is suffering from general allergic symptoms and also seasonal allergy. I would recommend you to take the above medication in the prescribed dose as long as such allergies persist. Do not discontinue the medication without doctor's advice.
Hope the above information clarifies your queries about the medication. Thank you for writing into healthcaremagic. Have a wonderful day.
