Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It is very important to know why you have such dry hands.
Try and eliminate the trigger: soap/detergent/hot water etc.
The Triamcinolone Acetonide is given for dryness, but I would recommend also using intense moisturizers which would trap and retain the moisture. The trick is to reapply the moisturizers at least 3-4 times a day to overcome the dryness.
Also you could try changing your body soaps or body wash. Use moisturizing mild body soaps or body washes.
Hope that helps!
