Is Troponin Level Of 45 A Cause For Concern?

I have been to the hospital 2 in two months. Diagnosed with heart stacks both times. Troponin levels were .45. Did all test including angiogram and all is ok. Gastrocopy just revealed I have ulcers in stomach and have GERD. Waiting for appointment for cardiac mri Stressing out any ideas? 27 year old male.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that chances of cardiac disease is very less likely and what ever symptoms that you have could be due to GERD only and in my opinion it needs to be given treatment first hope this information helps.
