According to the reports you have low lying placenta.
In majority of the cases,it migrate away from the internal os with advancement of pregnancy.There is nothing to worry.
You should have follow up scan to detect the progress.
You should avoid strenuous activity and take adequate rest.
Rest of the findings are normal.Liquor is adequate in amount and fetal maturity is BPD(39.7 mm) corresponds to 17 weeks 06 days of gestation.
