welcome to Health care magic.
1.No its not normal - cause need to be evaluated.
2.The most probable cause is lymph nodal enlargement - lymph nodal enlargement is seen after any infection / inflammation / systemic diseases like tuberculosis.
3.An FNAC might be necessary ( fine needle aspiration cytology) for the cause.
4.No cancers are not expected in this age, most probably post infective aetiology.
5.Treat the cause.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
