i currently experience an itching burning sensation on the inner side of my inner labia when i wipe after urinating or during bathing....i also noticed that the the area appears more red than usual. there are no unsual discharges or odours but the burning sensation tends to linger after wiping the area......this has been happening for a week to two weeks now......i have changed a course of treatment for my anaemia lately its a liquid form supplement called iron and folic acid from carlisle laboratory ltd....i'm not certain if this could have contributed to my condition....could this be vaginal candida or a UTI???

As per my clinical experience, this issue is an inflammation of external genitals as vaginitis (bacterial, fungal or viral) associated with UTI (Urinary tract infection).
Primary guidelines for best recovery are: - Systemic care with plenty of liquids, antibiotic, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory drugs prescription with the doctor. - Local care with gentian violet sitz bath. - Avoidance of vaginal sex if involved.
