Is Ultrasound Showing 3 Cysts While Having Pain In Right Abdomen And Ovary, Brown And Bright Red Discharge Serious?

Been on depo for a year lately been have right abdominal pain and ovary pain been having brown discharge sometimes bright red for over a month now had ultrasound back in February of this year found 3 cysts doctor told me not to worry . Are my symptoms normal or should I go back to doctors ? Thank you ( went to ER 2 weeks ago , urine cultures indicated infection , not sexually active)

Abdominal pain along with bleeding is concerning for possible ectopic pregnancy. Blood HCG testing and pelvic ultrasound are required at this point. So please be advised to follow up with your ObGyn as soon as possible.
