Is Ultrogesteron The Right Medicine For Irregular Menstruation?

Hello, I m 30 years old and ready to have baby. I have history of PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) for 2 years. As per my previous OB, that i need to lose weight to correct my irregular menstruation. So i did, last year i focus to lose weight until this year we decided to asked help again with my OB. With TVS ultrasound and taking fertility pills like clomid, I was able to get mature follicle now. My OB gave us schedule to have contact and on my 15 day she said i have to take Ultrogesteron 200gm for 10 days. Is it a sign that i will be pregnant soon? Or i still need to weight for my next cycle if i will miss my period or not? I m praying that all test will be positive. Thanks for your help.

Let me tell you something that pregnancy is more natural phenomenon than physiological one and its depends upon certain compatibilities, like presence of ovum and sperm at the time of coitus, and this is not just end here but its actual beginning, because sperm has to travel long to reach up to egg to fertilized it and just one sperm succeeded in this marathon, some time even after everything is okay nothing happens and sometime with the obvious abnormalities conception happens, so in my opinion just keep trying regardless of medicines, hope this information helps, take care.
