Is Valance 500 Mg The Right Medicine For Severe Headache?

I am frequently suffering from mild to severe headache from quite a while I have consulted a doctor he has prescribed me valance od 500 daily before bed yet I am suffering from headache after taking the medicine for a month, though not as frequently as before

as valance 500 mg is sodium valproate tablets, which is prescribed as prophylactic for migraine headache , so which helps in decreasing the frequency of episodes . It seems that you have observed decrease in the number of episodes, so definitely you are responding for the drug.

It would take some time to get complete relief, I can suggest you to take some tablets ie NAXDOM to prevent the acute attack.

i would advise you to avoid coffee, choclates, stress and be relaxed and have a good sleep to prevent the attacks.

If you doesnot find good results with valance tab, you can start on TOPIRAMATE, prophylactically

please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
