hi ,i have the worst headache for 5 days now ,its on the sides which its tension headache but lately its on the back close to my neck ,which i never have that before .i use exedrin but i gave up on it bz doesn t work

I would like to suggest you do an X-ray of the neck. Problems with your spine like a bulking cervical disc can cause the neck and head ache.
