Is VinTabsPlus The Same As Pure Carcenia Cambogia?

Is VinTabsPlus the same as Pure Garcenia Cambogia??? I am soooo confused as to what can help me! I thought the Garcenia would make a difference, then I heard about the Vin Tabs Plus after reading the vinegar book. I am soooo tired of the government, the media, the internet and everything else giving me false/not true/ fake/ misnomer/quirky/incomplete/half true information. It seems to be the times! I would love to find someone who wants to be truthful - but I guess I am just naive! However, if you can give me any truth, I would be most appreciative!!! Thank you, XXXXXXXX

The above products are herbal. There have not been rigorous control of these products-I mean no strict scientific method, research, experience and control. So most of the time there is no scientific proofs of what these herbal medicines claim to treat. VinTabsPlus seem to be multivitamins and PureGarcenia Cambogia a herbal product claim to lower weight. So my advice is that you consult a physician who will examine you and establish a diagnosis.
