Is Wysolone Or Defort Right Medication For ITP?

Suffering from ITP for thelast four years. It responded to Wysolone and was manageable but not cured. Then I was shiftd to Defcort (Defcort 6mg as equivalent to Wysolone 5 mg.) Now it is more difficult to manage it and dose required is higher than above equation. Moreover there has been no weight loss and less water retention which was the main reason to switch over. Should I revert to Wysolone. ( Dosage varies between 20 mgs and 35 mgms.
