I read your question carefully and I understand your concern. Looking at your medication there is no direct interaction between Xopenex and either Seroquel and Buspirone, so their use together is safe. The only concern is that Xopenex decreases sedation while Seroquel is at times used for sedative purposes, so they have contrary effects on that regard. However that shouldn t be an issue for a limited period of time until you come through your bronchitis, so it can be used. I hope to have been of help.
