Is Zofran Contraindicated For Congenital Heart Conditions?
My daughter is 6 and has Ebstiens Anomally and i took her to urgent care for the flu with Nausea and vomiting they gave her ZOFRAN ODT 4MG TABLET (ORALLY DISINTEGRATING) but in warnings it says not to take with certain congenital heart conditions is this safe for her?

zofran odt will have side effects like prolongation of QT on ecg which will leads to torsede d pontis means polymarphic ventricular tacycardia which can cause suddn death.
it is contraindicated in congenital QT prolngation syndromes, not in congenital heart disease,
