Is Zolendronic Acid Injection Advisable For Osteopenia?
Hello, * Zolendronic acid is a Bisphosphonate used in a variety of clinical conditions to prevent bone loss as in osteopenia, multiple myeloma, osteoporosis, Paget`s disease, menopause and so forth. * The clinical implication and use has to be evaluated against advantages and disadvantages of the same for a particular patient. Kindly discuss the side effects profile as kidney problems, muscle spasms and others with your doc to proceed for the therapy. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
