Is Zolfresh 10mg An Over The Counter Drug And Is There An Alternative?

i didnt sleep from past 1 week properly.. one of my friend who is a doctor adviced me to take zolfresh 10mg. But since he is in different city i dont have a prescription. Can i get the tablet without priscription? or is there some substitute which i can get over the counter?

hi you hava a insomnia, doctor advised medicine is good and easily available everywhere,please continue,don,t worry,lots of substitutes are available, zepiz,alprax, zolam etc. thnks.
