Is Zomig Better Than Imitrex?
Are any of the triptans safer than any of the others? I have used Zomig, Imitrex, and Maxalt over the last 30 years. All have been effective, sometimes more than others. Is there a way to test or a particular symptom group that shows which would be most effective for me?

Both are effective for migranous headache, but Imitrex is cheaper than the Zomig. So please consult your physician/neurologist he will examine and decide the right drug (contraindicated in ischemic heart disease or cerebrovascular diseases) depending your health condition.
