Is A Circular Red Rash On Breast A Cause For Concern?

A friend of mine is a thirty something year old woman has a circular red rash it is not itchy and not raised on the side of her breast and another under her breast she swears they are not bug bites heat rash or ring worm just trying to find out I told her to get to a dr but ugh

Dear friend,thank you for your consultation.from the profile and location of rash you wrote here I guess it is because of mild skin infection.this can be due to wearing dirty bra which is causing the infection.so I think your friend may see a skin doctor for proper clinical check-up and necessary medication.thank you.
