Is A Cyst On The Pancreas Malignant?

I have recently learned that a cyst on my pancreas has shown up on CT scans of my lungs and the last one was of my heart. I had Stage 1b lung cancer in 2013. The treatment was a lobectomy (? hope I have that right). I am concerned that cancer will return. Should I have this cyst checked out. According to information given me, it has not changed in size since it was first noticed in 2014.

Hello
Welcome to Healthcare magic
I can certainly understand your concern

In presence of past history of Cancer of lung and colon, any cyst on pancreas should be considered as malignant unless otherwise proved. For this I advise you to get a CT scan abdomen and a PET scan.
