Is A Delay In Periods Normal After Taking Norethisterone?

Hi I took norethisterone 3 days before my period. I didn't get my period the day I expected it. I have stopped taking norethisterone now.
I had unprotected sex in the meantime however immediately had 2 aspirins. When can I expect my period? I hope not to get pregnant.

Hi,

You took Norethisterone 3 days before my period.But you do not mention about how much time you used tablet and for which purpose you used it. Pregnancy is not possible when you are on Norethisterone. Period will occur in with 5-7 days after stopping pill. So you can weight for period for 7 days after stopping pill.

Meanwhile avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise. If period will not come after 7 days then consult gynecologist for detailed examination.
