Is A Delayed Period With Vomiting A Sign Of Pregnancy?
My last period was March 25th, 2011 It is now May 28th and I haven't had a period since. I have a normal 28 day cycle and this is the first time I have ever been this late, I also have been feeling ill and vomiting on and off for the past week or so, I just finished another bout of vomiting about five minutes ago. I took one home pregnancy test and it came out invalid. I also had a blood pregnancy test at the hospital the day I was supoosed to get my period in April but it came up negative. Is it likely I am pregnant even though the hospital blood test said I'm not?

Delayed period most common symptoms of pregnancy. But your blood HCG test is negative so it is not full proof of pregnancy. I advice you to consult the gynecologist and rule out the pregnancy by USG scan. Usg Scan is highly accurate for pregnancy.
There may be a possibility of ectopic pregnancy as blood HCG is some time low in ectopic pregnancy. Again it should be diagnosed by USG.
Other cause of delayed period will be rule out if ectopic pregnancy is not there like: Hormonal imbalance(high prolactin, low progesterone), peri/post menopausal period, thyroid disorder, ovarian dysfunction/PCOS.
