Is A Doctor Consultation Advisable For Persistent Tiredness?

Hi my blood pressure was 155 over 102 two days ago. I take h12 blood pressure pills and I just checked my blood pressure today and it was at 138 over 77 is is that normal because I still feel a little drain tired. I also took some vitamin pill because I have been stressed over the week. Should I go to hospital to make sure I m okay.
