I have pneumonia and my lactic acid was 3.0. I had a high temp now its 99. I don t know my pulse. They think it might have sepsis. How can they know for sure. How serious is this. Ive been in the hospital since yesterday at 4. Im 73 years old. Am I going to be ok?
