Is A Large Lump On The Inner Lip Of Vagina A Concern?

Hi yesterday I noticed a large lump on the inner lip of my vagina after looking it up it said it was a Bartholin cyst. I had strep throat last week. Could that have caused it. Or do I have AIDS or an STD. Everyone I have been with has said they are clean of diseases. Please help.

Bartholin cyst is the most common vaginal lump. You don't have to worry about it.
It is not associated with any venereal disease, HIV or other STDs.
