Is A Large Purple Bruise On The Stomach Post An Injury A Concern?
Massive bruising from side to side and across the stomach following a fall last Friday the 22nd. The bruise is purple, very tender, back also tender. Xrays showed two broken vertebrae & four broken ribs. Is the bruising normal for this kind of injury/fall? This is for my brother; just trying to get some info. No $$$ to pay. Sorry.
