Is A Low White Blood Cell Count Of 2.9 A Cause Of Concern?
Just had a routine test for work Health Screening and my white blood cell count was 2.9 (low), it was same last year.I feel great. I m an open water long distance swimmer for exercise, swam 2 mile last night (in doors) so I have energy. Just was wondering. Do I have anything to worry about? Thank-you

what are the other parameters in hemogram? 2.9 wbc count is not something which can be neglected. You have to be evaluated to know the reason for low wbc count. If none is found, then there is no need to worry.
